It features the legendary Abarth lightweight sports prototype, the Abarth 1000 SP (SE04), as it prepares to compete in the Targa Florio, the grueling Sicilian road race. The image captures a vivid, up-close moment: the 1000 SP’s cramped cockpit, the driver strapped into a Sabelt four-point harness, and the mechanics and enthusiastic spectators literally surrounding the machine. It is a stunning shot that beautifully highlights the "19" race number on the cowl and the car's classic Italian Rosso (red) bodywork.
