Type I:2015 This is a genuine Alfa Romeo Arita ware small plate, produced to commemorate Alfa Romeo's 110th anniversary.
The emblem in the center was introduced in 1950. While the basic design is of course retained,
the previous design's simple all-red color scheme has been abandoned, and a more traditional color scheme has been restored.
The hyphen that connected "ALFA" and "ROMEO" has also been reinstated.
After the war, Alfa Romeo underwent a major transformation into a mass-production car manufacturer.
The mid-size saloon 1900, which was born as a result of this, was Alfa Romeo's first car to feature a monocoque body.
Naturally, at its heart was Alfa Romeo's traditional DOHC unit.
The 1950s were a major turning point for Alfa Romeo, and are essential to discussing the company's current status, with cars like the Giulietta that came later.
This emblem adorned the brand's face at the time.
