1/43 Remember This is a miniature model of the Fiat-Abarth 1000 TCR (No. 198 / Driver: G. Amighini) that competed in the 1972 Bolzano-Mendola Hillclimb.
It perfectly recreates the Abarth 1000 TCR's signature "permanently open" rear hood style. The mechanical detailing visible through the opening—including the engine block, exhaust manifold, and the oil cooler/radiator assembly at the rear—is truly impressive.
Intricate details that tell the story of the fierce competition of that era have been faithfully reproduced, such as the yellow oil cooler integrated into the front bumper, the hood pins securing the front bonnet, the "armi Beretta" decals and race number 198 on the sides, and the prominent, flared wheel arches.
The model features an eye-catching design that pairs a grey body with vibrant yellow and red racing livery across the roof, fenders, and front fascia. It also boasts an outstanding finish, with extra-wide, deep-dish wheels and racing tires perfectly aligned flush with the bodywork. |
