It was released to commemorate Fiat's 120th anniversary.
The model name "Centoventi" means "120" in Italian.
The front fender and rear gate are decorated with the "120 Centoventi" logo based on the brand's Bordeaux color and a special 3D sticker depicting the FIAT3 1/2 HP, the model first introduced by Fiat in 1899.
This 3D sticker is a set of one that can be attached to the rear gate and a badge for the side fender.
