How to replace
1. Remove the broken strap from the body and fuel cap.
2. There are two round pins at the base of the ring to which the strap is attached.
Remove these with a thin screwdriver.
3. Remove the two pins to remove the broken strap.
4. Insert the new strap into the ring as before.
5. Insert the two pins as before to secure it.
6. Put the ring back on the fuel cap and connect the strap to the body.
