35mm(height) Starting with the founder Enzo, many people have played an indispensable role in building up Ferrari's history. The person we will introduce this time is one of them.
Mauro Forghieri.
Born in Modena, he studied mechanical engineering at the University of Bologna and joined Ferrari at the age of 24.
He worked under Carlo Chiti and became head of development for the racing department at the age of 26.
The 312 series of the 1970s won many titles together with Niki Lauda, and he became known as a genius designer.
He left a legacy of victory and legend with Scuderia Ferrari.
This leather object is a commemorative item for ACI (Automobile Club Modena), the automobile club of Modena where Ferrari is based, and is made of Schedoni leather with used piston valves from an F1 car from the 1990s embedded in it.
Forghieri himself has signed it in ballpoint pen and has drawn a scribbled sketch of a Ferrari on February 18, 1994.
This is a very rare piece of memorabilia with Forghieri's signature. Would you like to add it to your collection?
